On Feb. 5th, Eastern Pioneer Driving School Co., Ltd, of which ZSVC was the leading investor, was officially listed at Shanghai Stock Exchange with stock code 603377, making it the first listed company in driver training industry in China or even in the world. Due to its unique training concept and scarcity, it was pursued by various investment institutions and individual investors. The initial issuing price was RMB 16.40 Yuan/ share. On the first day of listing, the price reached top amount of increase possible at the opening. At closing of the first day, the price was increased by 44.02% with closing price of RMB 23.62 Yuan/ share.
Eastern Pioneer issued 50 million shares this time. After issuance, the total capital stock was 420 million shares, the total raised capital was RMB 824 million Yuan, the aggregate market value exceeded RMB 9.92 billion Yuan. The funds subordinated to ZSVC have totally invested over RMB 100 million Yuan, making it the largest external investment institution. The successful IPO of Eastern Pioneer not only brought a perfect closing of ZSVC to the brilliant year, but also meant a good prospective earning for LP of ZSVC at the approach of the Spring Festival.
