On December 22nd, Chunghsin Technology Group Co., Ltd., in which ZSVC participated in investment, was officially listed at Shanghai Stock Exchange, with stock code 603996. The issuing price is RMB 10.52 Yuan/share, the opening price was RMB 15.15 Yuan. At the opening, the price reached the maximum amount of increase allowable for the first day of public offering. At the closing, the amount of increase reached 44.01%.
Chunghsin Technology Group totally issued 50.1 million shares with total capital stock after issuance of 200.10 million shares, the total amount of raised fund of RMB 527 million Yuan and the aggregate market value of exceeding RMB 3030 million Yuan. The funds under ZSVC hold 7.5 million shares of Chunghsin Technology, accounting for 5% prior to the issuance and 3.75% after the issuance. Chairman of ZSVC Yuemeng Chen was invited to attend the listing ceremony.
